Hello, and welcome! I’m glad you’ve found your way here. Reaching out for therapy can be a courageous first step. Life can be difficult, and it’s easy to feel alone, unseen, or overwhelmed by the challenges we face. In Genesis 2, God says that it is not good for man to be alone. I believe this includes the importance of walking through life’s struggles in supportive community. It would be an honor to accompany you in the therapeutic relationship as you continue your journey toward healing and growth. Above all, know that you do not have to walk this path alone.

Since graduating from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2014, I have had the privilege of working alongside individuals and families from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. My approach is both relational and evidence-based, grounded in the belief that meaningful healing happens within a safe and supportive connection. I have received specialized training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). I am also a Registered Play Therapist and utilize a client-centered approach tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

I enjoy working with both children and adults who may be struggling with OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. In addition, I bring both personal and professional experience in the areas of foster care and adoption. While my Catholic Christian worldview is deeply rooted in the Love I believe Jesus has for each person, I recognize that everyone is on their own spiritual journey. Faith can be integrated into counseling as much or as little as you desire.
Outside of my professional life, I love spending time with my son as he enthusiastically explores the world through the eyes of adventurous boyhood. Depending on the season of life, I am also actively involved in foster care. I enjoy creative DIY home projects, outdoor adventures, and a good book whenever I have the chance.
